Refunds & Returns

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days from the date of dispatch to request a return. Please note once the 30 days has passed, we will not accept any returns of product.

To be eligible for a return, your product must be returned in original condition and unopened (unless the products are faulty). You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. 

Please note our policies regarding returns:

·        If you change your mind, we will offer you an exchange up to the value of the products.

·        If you receive incorrect product/s, we will replace the incorrect product/s you ordered, or we will refund you.

·        If you receive faulty or damaged products, we will provide you with a replacement, or we will refund you.

·        We take the utmost care in packaging our orders very securely. However, boxes can be damaged in transit by carrier companies, and we do not offer refunds or replacements on products if only the shipping packaging is damaged.

·        We will not refund the delivery fee paid, and you are responsible for any shipping charges on returned products, unless we deem the product faulty.

·        Please obtain proof of postage and tracking to cover the unlikely event the parcel isn’t returned to us.

·        Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

If your return is accepted, we will credit the purchase price for that product using the original form of payment used to make the purchase.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
